I'm not from Ancona and unfortunately I had my period in the middle of the night. Not finding any supermarket open, I turned to them, the only pharmacy open at night. The pharmacist behind the intercom replied to me in an annoyed manner "who doesn't read that it says emergency prescription only?!" ...maybe men can't understand what the emergency is in a woman bleeding, but a pharmacist should! and what is fundamental, education in the answer, nos must be given, if they must be given, with education!
Professionalism and availability are at home. You almost always find what you need or they find it in a short time.
