Farmacia la Stella

I have been a client of this pharmacy for years. All they care about it’s $$$$ and overselling to people. I have had other minor inconvenient before but never though of rating them. Today I was refused to replace an item I bought, with an other item. This item was not compatible with what I needed. I still had the receipt and the item was intact. I wasn’t sure about the product at first when I bought it, but the pharmacist convinced me that was the one I needed. When I showed to my Doctor I was told that the product was not compatible and suggested to exchange it. The same pharmacist that sold me the item (probably because was the most expensive one) told me that “this days” they cannot exchange it, as if “this days” pharmacy have been penalised. I’m just disappointed and embarrassed by the attitude of this people and will never visit pharmacy la Stella again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty other better pharmacies within a few kilometres.

A few months ago I found myself going to this pharmacy and since then it has become my trusted pharmacy as I found maximum professionalism and utmost courtesy from the owners who manage with their ways to put you at ease and clarify any doubts or if necessary give sound advice. Furthermore, maximum availability for every request also for any home service.

Pharmacists Annalisa and Antonio are not just two pharmacists, they are available friends to ask for professional advice when you need. With kindness, professionalism and sensitivity they guide their new pharmacy to which I sincerely wish a brilliant path.
