Rude and unprofessional, when I asked if I could have done a Covid swab, given that other unbooked people were calmly filling out the forms, I was answered with a long lecture with words like "what have you got into your head today, but what do you think believe me, soon there will be delirium and you all present yourself like this, as should be done with you etc". A "no, it's not possible without a reservation" would have been enough, said in a calm and professional manner. I understand the difficult moment, but having made a request in a polite manner, I expected an equally polite response (positive or negative). You should be professionals who work with the public who come to you out of necessity, not frivolity. Extremely disappointed, I can get the swab done elsewhere, but I definitely won't come back for anything else.

Aside from the usual purchases, I had the Covid swab and blood sugar test done at this pharmacy. Friendly and helpful staff. Furthermore, as it is not located on the main street, there is always parking available.
