Very unfriendly staff towards people who try (but don't) speak italian. very annoying, go somewhere else if possible

Unfortunately one star is the lowest rating. I have never seen such unsympathetic staff in my entire life when faced with a drug which unfortunately does not have a prescription because on a Sunday in August who can give it to you? Only the medical guard, ok, but even if I hadn't asked for anything, it was only because my wife, with severe cystitis, needed a very simple medicine. Anyway nice shop I will be back for sunscreen
They are a little rough in their treatment, I prefer to take the car than walk and go to this nearby pharmacy. Not very empathetic, they could take people care courses, I think they are only attentive to regular clients who go to a beauty salon.
