I am a daughter of the deaf, a teacher, interpreter and communication assistant in LIS (Italian sign language) in public schools and understanding the lips has been easy for me since I was born. I made this premise to better explain what happened this evening. Until yesterday I always found courtesy and welcome, qualities that this evening were missing from a doctor. It was around 8.10pm and there was a customer at the checkout who was evidently paying; all the shutters were now lowered, the only one still open was the one in Via della Conciliazione. Like last night, because of my work, I arrive in front of the pharmacy at that time. I obviously realize that this is not the time (I had already been served the day before at the same time and for two other evenings a few months ago, apologizing and thanking the staff several times). But who doesn't or hasn't happened to? Unfortunately my working hours are not compatible nor am I always able to delegate someone. Realizing this, I just wanted to know in that instant, without wasting time surfing the web, whether the pharmacy would be serving citizens over the weekend. And what happens? I was saying... that while the client was being served by a doctor, another doctor, seeing me, says: "AND THIS IS HERE AGAIN, MHE!" In addition to reading her lips, I can also hear her despite the closed window. At that point, this doctor, fearing that I might come in while the last client was leaving, decides to close the shutter in my face and invites the client to come out the back in a spiteful and annoyed manner. I went to the back too, and obviously the doctor couldn't be found; I explained everything to the doctor who kindly opened the door for me, who after listening to me also apologised. It wasn't him who had to apologize, but she who had heard what I had told the doctor. I have known Doctor Colucci since I was a girl, I have always had respect for him and his family, great respect for all the staff, even for that doctor who HUMILIATED me in that way this evening. I went to this pharmacy not only for logistical reasons but also for the courtesy, welcome and smile. I have always relied on and trusted what they have always advised me over the years. And I'm not just talking about medicines. And I have always entrusted my deaf family members (5 deaf people in the family) The doctor could have taken the client out of Via Conciliazione and kindly told me that no one could serve me today as had happened the other three times. I'm sorry but I won't be coming back again! I thank all the staff who have always been kind to me, so much so that I also thanked them in a post dedicated to my father's death in July 2022. I also want to give a strong hug to one of the doctors, who immediately after my father's death offered me condolences and was visibly sorry.

I agreed to the proposal to carry out the densitometry in the pharmacy on Friday 23 February. Excellent organization, good doctor with clear explanations, minimally invasive exam. Excellent opinion.

Kindness, professionalism and attention are the characteristic traits of the staff. With me not being a resident of Puglia, everyone was super helpful and kind.

I joined the osteoporosis prevention campaign by carrying out bone densitometry. Attentive and scrupulous staff. Excellent experience👍

Let me start by saying that I live outside the area of ​​the Laera pharmacy, but the few times I went in I found staff, professional, attentive and kind...for me an absolutely positive review!!!
