Very sorry, after many years of frequenting this pharmacy, this morning I was treated in a very rude manner by a blonde employee with a foreign accent. In front of many people I was arrogantly asked: BUT WHERE DO YOU COME FROM? Simply because I wasn't there. knowledge that a product required a prescription (vit D). I immediately went to the nearby pharmacy where I was satisfied with kindness and courtesy. Certainly there are a thousand ways to respond to a customer certainly not: But where do you come from?!!!

Rudeness, impudence, lack of tact, this is what I found when speaking with a new employee with a Roman accent (who also answers the phone by raising his tone). This review comes from various testimonies that all agree on this attitude on the part of the person concerned. I'm sorry because the Esculapio pharmacy has always been a cornerstone of Sacile where you can find kindness and helpfulness and the pharmacists who still work there are pearls!

Very bad experience. Passing through Sacile, I choose to go to one of the pharmacies that I remembered from my time as a doctor in this city as being among the best. Unfortunately the drug in question was not available. As I am passing through, I kindly ask if the system (which is usual in all pharmacies) can check for me and indicate a pharmacy where it is already available. The owner's response was "please contact the other pharmacies in Sacile". After leaving, I contacted the Alla Stazione pharmacy by telephone, where, despite not having the drug at home, within a minute they were able to show me all the possible pharmacies up to Udine where I could find the product. Really disappointed.

Attention! They charge €2-3 more than the price on the label for various products because "companies increase prices". By now I had paid and I needed the drugs immediately, but honestly I will never go back.
