Hi, I have been a customer of this pharmacy for many years I had the opportunity to interact with many different pharmacists, who took turns in the meantime. Most of them are very kind, professional and helpful. However, I must point out that one pharmacist in particular, whose name I don't know (but who I am told has a responsible role), does not seem to me to be "suitable" for this profession: minimal welcome, no empathy, little availability. Too bad... The previous managers were really "gentlemen", I hoped their example would be enough.
5 stars mainly for Giacomo who, with his kindness, preparation and empathy always manages to make the customer feel at ease!
NEW MANAGEMENT: VERY BAD Rude, aggressive and unprofessional sales assistant. There is no doctor or manager in the pharmacy, who according to the shop assistant is terrible and dangerous. Obviously it is not possible to speak to anyone by phone. Very far from what the professionalism and hospitality of the previous management was. There are other pharmacies nearby, unless out of absolute necessity I won't go in again.
