Really unpleasant live staff. Called on the phone to obtain information on the availability of a drug, they also respond with incorrect information relating to the drug itself. I have totally lost faith in this pharmacy.

Management has changed, the pharmacists are good and available, the critical issues remain, long waiting times, often lack of drugs, in short, there is definitely room for improvement

Terrible and only pharmacy in Verona which, despite paying for vital medicine, does not give you the possibility of receiving a voucher following the prescription you bring The next day. On Sunday I ran out of tablets due to blood pressure and I ask to pay but bring a request on Monday morning with a refund of the money in good form. Their answer... they don't make these changes!!!

I add my experience: Pharmacy staff quite friendly, well-stocked pharmacy. The only thing is that booking swabs is very cumbersome, I would prefer a system with less data to enter, but I don't think it can be changed (maybe there is some legislative obligation, or for some type of convenience) if it can be improved I would be happy, if not it does not matter. Another thing I encountered was a bit of rudeness when asking by phone to be able to book the swab given that the site was very cumbersome. The pharmacist, who I won't name, was quite rude in her response, but I can understand the pharmacist's rudeness a little since there 'is a special system for booking. It was an isolated case, given that the pharmacy staff has always been courteous, even on the telephone.
