I just left this pharmacy for the bad way I had, I assume, the owner. To my simple question about which type of earplugs could be better. He was obviously annoyed and responded rudely. I very politely came out saying that I would think about whether to buy it or not. I will never go back there again

I live in the area and so it happens that I need them but I'm not enthusiastic about it, I prefer to go to Comunale n.4 at the CEP. In particular, there is a truly unpleasant pharmacist who is just not suited to being in the public eye. In general, they are courteous but often not provided. I don't think there was a time that I didn't have to place an order because what I was looking for wasn't available

I needed to take a nasal swab to travel, having the nasal septum deviated in two places I reported it to the pharmacist who reassured me and did the swab feeling that it didn't go away, it wasn't invasive and I didn't feel anything apart from a tickle in my nose , while waiting for the outcome we talked about viruses and various coronaviruses, a cultured, prepared person and what is very rare nowadays of incredible kindness and humanity! There should be more people like that. Thank you very much also for doing it in the space of a now without an appointment.
