For proximity and convenience to the workplace I go there but if it were because of the friendliness of the staff they would never see me. It seems they were all assumed with a single common thread, innate "likability"... no but does it cost you at least a smile or a greeting???

I have gone to this pharmacy several times. The greeting is courtesy and the response is education. Every time I went in and said hello, no one answered me. Not very friendly. I am writing the review because I purchased a double pack of medicines for vitamin D. I paid €9.90 per pack and therefore €19.80 (moreover, every time the medicines have to be ordered, and when I specified that I needed 2, I they ordered 1 causing me to return). I recently needed the medicine again, and although they had ordered it guaranteeing that I could collect it the same evening, having arrived and ready to pay for it, the pharmacist opened the package that had arrived and told me that it wasn't there and that it wasn't even available to rebook given the absence of warehouse stock (which is strange because otherwise the morning I booked it, they would have warned me that the quantity was missing everywhere). Today I went to another pharmacy in Collecchio, requesting the same medicine. They gave it to me immediately, always in a double pack, and I paid a total of €12.64. That is €6.32 per pack. Now I ask myself, how is it possible that they cheated me of €7.16 in total (€3.58 more per pack) at the landini pharmacy for two packs of vitamin D which actually cost much less?? I definitely won't set foot there again!

I have been a customer before but have never received similar treatment I called for information on a FRIO insulin cooler bag, he didn't even know what it was, but obviously it was my fault, treated with disdain he told me "we only have one type of cooler bag" (?) he couldn't even tell me what it was from it was made up, I had to ask knowing the type of products "yes that's it if you want to come and see it we have it here I have nothing else to tell you", when I dared to call back to ask the brand (not even the price!) I I was told that he would not tell me because he was busy serving a customer. 1.ignorance 2.Pressapochism 3. Saccenza 4. He doesn't even know the products he sells Congratulations, I'll come and give them to you in person.

I went once and will never go back. The pharmacists think they are who knows who. I wouldn't go back even if I lived up there.
