Purchased drugs with a regular prescription with total exemption, they made me pay. I returned to purchase a tachipirina, they gave me the wrong one. Two errors out of two for a pharmacy is a bit much.

I accompanied my mother for a pierced ear, the general procedure is: sign the release, wear gloves, disinfect the lobe before piercing, avoid touching the newly inserted earring and inform the client on how to treat it in the first few times. No release, pharmacist without gloves, no disinfectant (before or after, even though three people had touched the lobe to define the correct position of the hole), I had to tell my mother not to play with the jewel she had just put on, no information on the treatment. The negative evaluation derives exclusively from hygiene, but here is a further note: my mother is particularly demanding, I must say that the pharmacist was patient in listening to her requests. The flaw is that one hole was made straight, while the other ear was pierced at an angle, the earring was therefore evidently oriented towards the outside, contrary to requests and asymmetrical compared to the other.

I was served by a girl with brown hair, tied in a ponytail, really kind and who gave me a Covid test, very polite, delicate and professional but at the same time heartening and human. I must say that I have never found anyone rude, in fact my wife and I, from the center of Brescia, happily travel all the way to reach them. Five stars because courtesy must always be rewarded.
