Farmacia Lanzani S.r.l.

The Pharmacy has nothing to do with the old management of the Lanzani family, which was very sensitive in taking care of customers (and therefore patients) and meeting their needs. They try to sell you the products they want, sometimes with an insistence that turns out to be annoying. I consider it a great lack of respect towards customers. So Adios.

I went in emergency one Sunday morning because I needed antihistamine drops for my niece who has been using them for a few years for a serious allergy. Unfortunately my son, who lives in Meda, didn't have it and the pharmacies were closed. I hoped to find the same empathy and understanding as Mr and Mrs Lanzani but this was not the case. The doctor, to whom I explained the situation, denied me the medicine, telling me to go to P.le Accursio where, oh well, I would find a medical guard for the prescription. I reported that I also had a photo of the medicine and that the child was in difficulty. (Without pointing out that I would then have to go 20 km away!): he looked at me as if I had said something blasphemous. I won't stay here again, even if it's close to home.

This morning 24 December 2023 at 12.30 I had a negative experience... a customer for over 30 years... I went with a prescription for a psychotropic drug that I hadn't used... they didn't give it to me when it expired two days later... unfortunately with holidays and with the need of my daughter in an anxious state... I considered their attitude unprofessional... no empathy for the patient's problem and incorrect in their response... they are detached from the problem... I hope that it doesn't happen to anyone else and for the first time in my life I had this closure from doctors to whom a person turns for help... in another pharmacy they gave me the drug understanding the situation... I will take care of it to disseminate this attitude that occurred on Christmas Eve on the part of your pharmacists in the relevant offices..

How I miss the Lanzani family, good people, who didn't just think about profit. Always available and kind, ready to give you a hand if necessary. If you asked for a medicine they didn't try to sell you two more... they welcomed you with a smile. Now it's another story....opinionated, rude, inexperienced, unprofessional.
