They don't give discounts. On a cost of 38.70 euros, not even at my request did they give any discount. I will never go to this pharmacy again - AFTER THE PROMPT RESPONSE OF THE PHARMACY...I ADD THAT BEYOND THEIR HIGHLIGHTING AT 100 MT THERE IS THE LION PHARMACY WHERE 5 MONTHS AGO I PURCHASED THE SAME MEDICINE WITH A 15% DISCOUNT. I went this morning to get some tachypirin for my daughter since the other pharmacies were closed as it was Sunday, so I had to go to this one. As soon as I enter the pharmacists stare at me and mutter something among themselves, I ask for what I need and between they always murmur "what did I tell you" in front of me... Look, a little girl who has a fever doesn't mean she has "PLUGUE OR CHOLERA". If you really have to murmur about customers, do it in their absence.
They make customers wait unnecessarily, making idle chatter among themselves. When you go to the pharmacy you expect speed and availability, as it is not a bar but a basic necessity service.
Professionalism and kindness. I often go to this pharmacy both day and night, I always find kindness, speed and useful advice.
Very friendly staff and well-stocked pharmacy. Many products are also discounted
