Unwilling to help a person in need. My 2 year old little daughter got sick and the doctor advised to take antibiotics we brought with us on holiday, but requested a pharmacist to mix it, because you need a ml scale. He refused. Even when I got my doctor on the phone to explain how urgent this was... He simply didn't seem to care. Don't get sick in San Pantaleo...
While we had been waiting for a few minutes, the salesperson asked if the Italian lady who just came in might have come first...? Very strange. Then I bought a box of six pills for eleven euros, which cost 5 euros elsewhere. I think they don't like tourists here... Go to another pharmacy is my advice.
I am over seven months old and therefore clearly pregnant, I asked for a blood pressure measurement which anyone remotely in the medical sector certainly knows is a cause for alarm and I was denied with the excuse of a broken machine as if a pharmacy couldn't. immediately have one of your own from retailers such as they are... clearly the banal excuse was not followed by a simple "but don't you feel well?" . Ah, I was the only customer there.
SHAME. At a time like this, where everyone should be scrupulous about being 100% sure whether one has contracted the virus, I heard the pharmacist (present at 1pm on 12/23/2021) reply that I was probably calling to take a swab at the pharmacy was only to get the green pass, so I could easily buy one to do at home, because to him this request of mine didn't seem normal, even though this service is provided in this pharmacy. All this was exposed to me with great rudeness, lack of respect and lack of professionalism, taking it for granted that I had not carried out the vaccination, as if it were his business. After having repeated several times that I have not been in contact with positives, I have symptoms, but that out of pure scruple I wanted to make sure that I am asymptomatic, given that during the holidays I will be in contact with relatives and grandparents aged 94 and 105 , this purely discriminatory treatment seems to me to be absurd.
A pharmacy to avoid!!!! We entered and the pharmacist didn't even look at us! She was talking to her friend. After 5 minutes we left, no greeting or apology!!!
