Alright service but a bit disorganised when dealing with pressure. They don't mind taking in business even when they know they might not be able to deliver results with the same "guaranteed" celerity. Slightly unreliable when dealing with urgent matters.

Terrible staff, especially male, with glasses, tall, 50-55 years old: me, a 100% physically disabled person who was severely insulted. I refused the prescribed drugs and it was not possible for me. Don't even put your tax code. Spending over €29. I absolutely do not recommend. A witness filmed his behavior. Now make do. The complaint for heavy insult to a disabled person DOES NOT TAKE IT AWAY FROM ANYONE. Just be a pharmacist. HE IS NOT A DOCTOR, much less a neurosurgeon of the caliber of the neurosurgeon GIAMPAOLO TASSI, a world-renowned gentleman and man of science. If you only knew what neurosurgeon Giampaolo Tassi thinks of you...

It's the pharmacy in the neighborhood where I live, it's true, and I've been using it there since I was a little girl, but I would still go there even if I lived somewhere else. The staff, all of them, are courteous, welcoming, professional and always ready to help. I absolutely recommend it!

They hung up on me with "I don't have time, if you want to talk about something come here because the pharmacy is full". Obviously I was calling because we are all in bed and unable to move and we had already taken steps to interface with the emergency medical service, it's a shame that we didn't even give me the chance to explain the reason for the call. I'm sorry because I understand the period and the chaos due to the flu going around, but you offer a HEALTH service and no one calls a pharmacy on Christmas Day because they have nothing to do!
