End of the month, Saturday afternoon, the gluten-free vouchers expire and what do they tell you??? It's Saturday my colleague isn't here!!! Shame, a service is either offered well or not at all!!! But we are in Reggio Calabria where the worst never ends. Never see each other again!!!

Disappointment, I'm shocked by the lack of seriousness, yesterday I placed an order on the online pharmacy Bianca website (seeing the data and the address they take me back to the following pharmacy) today they contact me telling me we have to cancel the order as we made a mistake in entering the price , it should be noted that compared to the price of other pharmacies the discount was approximately €3.00 less... a ridiculous sum to be contacted again, they ask me if I want the refund or the voucher, obviously seeing the lack of reliability I ask for the refund, the girl tells me that she will provide the refund immediately and that she will send me everything written in detail via email after the call (it should be added that the email does not has arrived yet) Never again, you can't hear something like that, due to their mistake the customer finds himself without a product and mostly having to advance money (it should be noted that I don't even know if the refund will arrive given the lack of seriousness), some advice to the pharmacist of having to re-read the sales regulations, the customer must not be the one to pay for your mistakes.

Unique rudeness! You call for info, they barely give it to you and hang up the phone in your face without even saying hello...
