Terrible experience. In this beautiful pharmacy, where they are very kind, they have a service for measuring cholesterol levels with a fingerstick, with a 92% probability of accuracy. I took the test at 9 in the morning and immediately got the answer that almost made me faint: 400. Terrified, I immediately went to get the real tests: 225. My husband, who had the same test in this pharmacy, had the result of 117, while the real analyses, carried out the following morning, gave 240. I believe that if you offer such a service, you must offer it professionally and not by chance as happened to us. If a service doesn't work, it's best not to offer it. I believe that this pharmacy is very beautiful and functional, but if it limits itself to offering the services it deserves without wanting to overdo it.

Last night I went to the pharmacy to buy some items: 5-star courtesy of the doctor who served me. This morning, however, I realized my mistake and called the pharmacy to ask if I could make an exchange since I needed a different product. The answer "due to Covid we can only make the change if the mistake was ours" makes me ask a question: "where you made a mistake, does the virus magically disappear?". I stated that the item was still intact in its packaging and I had kept the receipt. I would have preferred a flat negative answer rather than such a banal explanation
