I would happily give zero stars, but since I can't do so I just have to fall back on one. The pharmacy is very large, spread over two levels and apparently well stocked. It's a shame that the courtesy/friendliness rate of pharmacists borders on zero, well below that of the average pharmacist who also doesn't shine from this point of view. Although it is a "megastructure" in its sector, incredible but true, there is no centralized numbering system for queue management. This means that "crowds" are continuously created in the area in front of the checkouts, with customers arriving from different directions (the pharmacy has multiple entrances) forced to ask "who's the last one?" as was done in medical practices in the last century. Sometimes, however, the customers spontaneously distribute themselves in the waiting area in order to approach one of the counters, chosen more or less at random, but in doing so, if the person in front "camps" in front of the counter (which is not at all rare, as those who know well know frequent pharmacies and beyond), there is a risk of waiting 15-20 minutes or more while perhaps those who arrived well after are served much earlier just because they were lucky enough to find their way towards the right counter. When I pointed out the issue to the pharmacist who finally served me, after an initial misunderstanding the response was surprising: "We don't use centralized numbering because we don't like it" (sic!). To my reply that the centralized numbering system would instead be liked - and very much so - by customers, the rejoinder was formulated in the form of a question: "And how does the customer who wants to speak to a particular pharmacist do it?" (...). Which is to say that, in order to pay attention to a small minority of "loyal" customers (who knows on what basis) we prefer to create inconvenience - sometimes not insignificant as in my case - to the vast majority of others who access this structure only because it is located along a thoroughfare. When I replied that all pharmacies have more or less loyal customers and despite this practically all of them (except perhaps the smallest) have unified queue management, the response was that the pharmacies that adopt that system are intended for customers " who are in a hurry"! As if nowadays there was someone who, having little or nothing to do, enjoys wasting half an hour in the pharmacy to get a couple of medicines. Faced with my amazement at this disconcerting statement, the employee cut it short with one of the most overused phrases with which the businessman without arguments always saves himself in the corner: "It's not company policy". It goes without saying that I will never set foot in this pharmacy, although convenient because it is located along my daily home-work route. Luckily there is no shortage of competition in the surrounding area.

I went to the pharmacy to evaluate the proposals on lift chairs as a medical aid and the staff in charge was extremely helpful and competent. I decided to purchase and the armchair was delivered to me the same day. I am fully satisfied with the purchase and the service, the evaluation is decidedly positive. Thank you

A great pharmacy! From the large car park, to the large assortment of pharmaceutical products, the cosmetics department, the one for aids for the disabled, the ophthalmology department. Availability and synergy are not lacking, the advice from employees, such as medical personnel who interact with users, is good and constructive. 5 stars all!

In the past, the pharmacy was well stocked with homeopathic products. Now they almost always go to order. I'm sorry to say it but recently a pharmacist who was no longer very young was rude on the phone and a liar, given that they made me wait a week because they forgot to register the order and notify me of the arrival of the medicines. If I can't help it I won't go back again.
