I went to this pharmacy for the first time to buy a product which I found opened and used when I arrived home!! When I returned a few days later to point out what had happened without demanding any refund as I no longer had a receipt and I was aware of it, I got the response "it must have been children who opened the package and tried it". Unfortunately for them the product had no internal flap, there were missing doses inside, the product was apparently intact from the outside as it was easy to open without being noticed, moreover in plain sight in front of the cash register therefore difficult to take and tamper with and delivered to me by a staff member himself!! Terrible service, I do not recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

You go there with a request for over-the-counter medicines and promptly try to divert to homeopathy, phytotherapy, etc. If you go with a medical order that reports a specific drug with a given excipient, it is not possible to return home with a drug that costs twice as much and which, moreover, does not have the characteristics of the drug requested by the doctor. Furthermore, after pointing out this professional discrepancy, they reply that it is advisable to point out to the pharmacist that the doctor prescribed that drug due to the presence of this excipient, as if we all had a degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical biotechnology. Customer loyalty is also based on the trust that the latter places in the pharmacist and with these assumptions it is truly difficult.

It is unfortunate to find there is a propensity to offer the most expensive drugs (and these are usually homeopathic drugs), rather than traditional over-the-counter ones. Rossana
