Very friendly and helpful staff. Since my rudimentary Italian was not sufficient, I was given advice in English. What the local doctor didn't want to do, the competent pharmacists did. Thank you! Today my mother realized that she had left the glucometer at home while we were on a trip from Capoliveri to Fetovaia. She needed to measure her blood sugar level to calibrate the microinfusor that delivers insulin according to her glycemic trend during the day; which is a lifesaver for her. We stop at this pharmacy and explain the problem and the forgetfulness, asking for the possibility of measuring blood sugar levels and they tell us that they do not provide this service. We go to the next pharmacy and they tell us that they don't provide that service but they tell us where to go. We go back and contact the indicated pharmacy asking if they provide that service and we are told yes. We therefore arrive at the aforementioned pharmacy which, unexpectedly, turns out to be the first one we went to, that is, the one for which I am releasing this review! We are told that the reason why they hadn't carried out the service before was the lack of a Doctor...who knows why, however, this was not made clear upon our first access; otherwise we would have waited for her! The service is paid 5 euros and a regular receipt is not even issued. Terrible service and absolute lack of professionalism! I'm sorry to release this review, but as a healthcare professional I find such behavior unacceptable!

Always competent and kind. I needed injections following appendicitis and they were very accommodating to my needs.
