Overall the experience was more than satisfactory. The prices of the products are on average, or even lower, than their competitors. Fast Shipping. The internal packaging of the box with the products was insufficient as there were only two light cardboard balls. I think I will shop again. A little advice: if a customer spends just over 200 euros, perhaps a small gift can also be given to them.

Contrary to what some buyers have stated, I must say that mine was an excellent experience. Products with a two-year expiry date, competitive prices, fast shipping and careful packaging. I ordered several products, all at affordable prices. I was contacted by telephone 2 days after the order, to inform me that, unfortunately, an item was not really available and they couldn't even guarantee that I would be able to get it soon, even though they had tried, in those 2 days. They asked me if I would like them to send the rest of the goods, giving me a refund for the cream not sent, which happened with the utmost speed. They were very correct. I recommend them!
