I went into the pharmacy because I was looking for a product and since it wasn't available they immediately found me a truly exhaustive solution that I would never have imagined. They helped me and understood my needs. I was truly amazed by the warmth and availability I received. I have no words to thank the whole team but above all a lady I assume was the owner. Even though we have many pharmacies in the area, I would and will advise everyone to go to your pharmacy. I have no words to express your warm assistance, availability and courtesy. Debora Ricci
Well-stocked pharmacy and friendly staff with excellent advice. It would be 5 stars if it were sometimes open in the evening too.
Terrible customer experience. Rude, with the need to humiliate people systematically. 3 times in a row I was given beatings and lessons on how to request the necessary product.
Monday 3 April, I request a galenic preparation. I am asked for my telephone number and the collection is scheduled for Thursday 6 April at 6pm. On the day of collection the pharmacist tells me that the preparation is not available because they do not have the active ingredient. No one bothered to warn me by phone so as not to waste my precious time, as it was an antibiotic for my very sick cat. Unreliable.
