A Pharmacist should not judge her clients but help them.

Recently Libertini Nicole Donata's pharmacy moved to a new location also in RAPINO in via Maiella n. 10. This location has recently been the subject of important structural adaptation works for the carrying out of this activity used as a pharmacy. as per the change from 11/17/2022 file no. CH0087481 from 18/11/2022 DIFFERENT DISTRIBUTION OF INTERNAL SPACES RENOVATION (n. 87481.1/2022) Despite the aforementioned works, this renovated building is unusable for people in wheelchairs as at the entrance to the pharmacy there is an important staircase (architectural barrier) as shown in the two attached photos which does not allow the entry of people in wheelchairs. Furthermore, in this newly renovated building there is no slide or opening reserved for disabled people. (just a miserable intercom complete with a sign on how to ring) A disabled person in a wheelchair cannot enter but must use the intercom and can be served outside without the slightest respect for their privacy in health matters. It cannot be accepted that buildings open to the public in which health services are provided are not accessible to disabled people. As required by the law regarding the removal of architectural barriers on buildings open to the public such as pharmacies that perform a public and social function Seen • Law no. 118 of 30/3/1971, art. 27 (published in Official Gazette 82, 2/4/1971) • the Presidential Decree n° 384 of 27/4/1978 (published in Official Gazette 204, 22/7/78) • Law no. 41 of 28/2/86, art.32 (paragraph 20 et seq.) (published in Official Gazette 49, 28/2/86, s.o.) • Law no. 13 of 9/1/89 (published in Official Gazette 21, 26/26/89) • the Ministerial Decree n° 236 of 14/6/89 (published in Official Gazette 145, 23/6/89) • Law no. 104 of 5/2/92, art. 24 (published in Official Gazette 39, 17/2/1992, s.o.) • the Presidential Decree n° 503 of 24/7/96, (published in the Official Gazette n° 227 on 27/9/99 P.s. said pharmacy also sells wheelchairs for disabled people There are no words Here are the two photos of the pharmacy with architectural barriers at the entrance including an intercom to discriminate against disabled users who obviously wait outside for their turn

The lady, instead of asking people why they don't get vaccinated, should ask herself and parliamentarians the reason for a law that on the one hand decriminalizes the responsibility of doctors, if the "vaccine" is safe, and on the other hand why any citizen should be prevented from working. Ah, in any case in other European countries they also swab the mouth, not the nose, given that the vAirus is very dangerous.

I read a post from the pharmacist in which she states that she pushes the swab forcefully into the nostrils of the nose, because she is against anti-vaxxers. Shameful. I hope they report her.

Sadistic pharmacist enjoys harming those who have to swab. I don't think it fits the ethics of a pharmacist
