On 2 separate occasions they provided terrible customer service. On one occasion I ask to buy, among various things, some sweets NOT medicated OR containing medicines, simply REFRESHING for the throat. The BENAGOL product, which is notoriously medicated, is sold to the person who goes shopping on my behalf. On a second occasion I call on the phone to order a product, which they tell me they have. I reiterate the name of the product and the mg 3 TIMES, and just as many times they confirm that I can come and collect it. A person goes to the pharmacy SPECIFICALLY to buy, since I can't go out for health reasons, and they reply that THEY DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT, THEY ARE WRONG. And I won't go into further details, because the post would become too long. CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND A MINIMUM OF EDUCATION, THESE UNKNOWN.

Called on Sunday afternoon to get some simple Bentelan for my daughter (recommended by the pediatrician as an urgent administration) and told me to go and look for an on-call doctor and if in case the on-call doctor was in agreement with the (paediatrician who knows the whole medical history of my daughter) would have given me the Bentelan. This is the service I got. I understand that there are rules but in certain situations I think we can turn a blind eye. Also because to be on duty and give medicine they only ask for €10 whatever the medicine. PS I have to edit the review because it won't let me reply. Luckily my daughter is fine thanks for asking as I was on my way to hospital. I asked either Simtredius as the first option and Bentelan as the second option, one of the two, but then he went off the rails with the deledico story in question. If then to clear my conscience it means that I made a mistake, ok that's fine.... I didn't know about the medical guard because maybe I'm not local? Closed sharply? Sorry if the phone doesn't work while you're driving to the hospital. Anyway, I don't hold a grudge. But I just hope that next time I listen carefully to what is asked of her...
