Farmacia Linfa S.r.l.

I leave my 82 year old father at home with a major nosebleed in progress (he takes blood thinners) and I arrive running at 8.32pm in front of the pharmacy which is still lit up and with two employees inside. I try to enter but the sliding door doesn't open and, without even looking at me, one of the two employees waves at me from afar and then disappears into the back of the shop. Poorly deluded and not having understood the gesture, I waited a few seconds behind the door hoping that the employee would reappear, but nothing. I try to ring the intercom but no one answers, I wait again, I try to ring the intercom again and I am told "we are closed" without the possibility of replying. Looking for a dialogue to explain the situation, I phone the mobile number indicated on the door and I am immediately told "we are closed", but this time without hanging up the phone like with the intercom I try to explain my father's situation and I am told "we are closed , go to the pharmacy at the statue". I understand that I exceeded the closing time by 2 minutes and that there will be very specific procedures regarding extra hours and that perhaps the cash register was closed and they couldn't have sold me anything even if they wanted to, but seeing a person outside the door, who can being a respectable person worried about the father as in my case, and having communication tools available, a minimum of availability, humanity, education and respect without dismissing people with an air of condescension would be very welcome to aspire to a good review on the service.
