I have been a customer for several years now and I can only congratulate them for all the times they put up with me in all my situations. I must say that I would not change pharmacy and pharmacists (doctors) for any reason. keep it up please.
Terrible service. They are equipped with a queue eliminater which is not enforced with the result that people who do not take tickets pass in front of you (in Foggia, civilization close to zero). I point out that instead it is my turn complete with the number appearing on the display with the pharmacist telling me and the other customers (including the uncivilized person without a ticket who passed me): "come to an agreement among yourselves". But what a way to do it. Really bad!
Internal distribution a bit chaotic
Professionalism, courtesy, experience.
My point of reference for any need near home. Almost always open, often even on holidays and at unusual times. Compliments! Courteous and prepared staff.
