Farmacia Lle Terme S.a.s. della Dott.ssa Lisa Carmignoto

As a pharmacist when i travel I always like to enter, have a look and buy couple of things from the pharmacies around. I spend one week in this area, it is small nice and lovely place in north of Italy and the pharmacy is a typical image of the town. It is small and nice with almost everything you need, the pharmacists were friendly and helpful and they did their best to help find what I was looking especially that I talk English not Italian.

I didn't get the covid check. They claim they only do them when they are on duty on Sundays. If you are always open on Sundays you must point out that you don't do swabs especially if you have already done it on Sunday... If one is always open on Sundays they provide a service as if it were Monday like in other pharmacies or any business. I claimed to the pharmacist that I had already been there on Sunday to get them and I was told that I probably hadn't gone there and that I would have to wait for the empty shop with a "see you". Since I need the swab to enter pediatric oncology and I started it and it was an emergency, perhaps a minimum of attention and sensitivity would be a must. I'm giving 2 stars only because the girl last time was really kind and helpful but apparently that's not always the case. The person before me spent a while buying "half" of the pharmacy's cosmetics etc. while queuing up, but I had to wait for the empty shop. I just took a swab at another pharmacy regularly open on Sundays like you and it was done without any problems.

Good pharmacy. There is everything you need. And if they don’t have something, they will order it. Cosmetics, vitamins for adults and children. Toothpaste and accessories. Well, and medications of course!!!

Pharmacy absolutely non-compliant. They provide products at a higher price with boxes of 7 pills: I'm talking about antihistamines in this case of cetirizine equivalent to reactine or other drugs that have a normal package. In Montegrotto Terme they invent smarter than anyone else. Since 20 I have been buying this drug and I have never needed a prescription or all these stories. When I call my doctor I get a what do they make up but let me hear from you. I decided not to make myself heard in words but in deeds. My partner is a financier and we will send a good inspection of the hygiene and finance office. You have to know how to work and not steal. Small town where you take advantage of people's lack of choice!!!! Who has no choice. Greetings.

Super operational pharmacy, outside there is a vending machine as an additional service when the pharmacy is closed.
