I go in, the queue ticket machine doesn't work, so I get behind the last one. My turn comes and an elderly lady stands in front of me. The pharmacist sees everything and when I try to complain (I was going to work, the 80 year old lady I don't think so...) she replies: "don't worry, I'll hurry" and the lady serves... I replied: "Don't worry, you have plenty of time, in the meantime I'll change the pharmacy".

I don't understand why they have to go through so much trouble booking a COVID swab. They don't have time because they also have to manage vaccinations they say. All the other pharmacies in the area carry out the swabs without much controversy over the phone and without a reservation.

Very poor customer service, I book a thyroxine drug one day in advance, the next day I go to collect it, I waited 20 minutes, an infinite slowness, slow computers, to be told that the drug has not arrived because it is not in stock . The critical fact is that it has already happened to me two other times. What a service!!!

Pharmacy in Viale Felsina .... terrible experience. Rude doctor .... they wanted to give me what I didn't want and they insulted my doctor by saying that she didn't know how to do her job. I go to another pharmacy and here is the medicine. ...so who doesn't know how to do their job?
