I live in the neighborhood and in a moment of urgent need I literally ran to the pharmacy, sure that it was open as the times here on maps showed it open until 7.30pm (times updated 5 days ago by the pharmacy itself). When I arrived I found it closed and the times posted on the door indicate 7pm as the closing time on Saturdays. This is unacceptable from any shop, but even more so from a pharmacy. I had to take the trouble to change the times on maps, to prevent the same thing from happening to others.
Today I'm still caught, the person who can't handle customer... the boy at the register didn't want to serve me (question how do you get people like that accepted at work?), but Veronica was very helpful and kind
In my opinion they are very good. They ask questions to be able to recommend the most suitable drug. At certain times there is a queue but, as always, you just need to be far-sighted and against the flow of the crowd to avoid them.
Alas, going to the pharmacy is never a good thing to do, it means that there is someone who is ill... but this time it was a wonderful experience :D Even though I arrived 3 minutes before closing, the girls welcomed me with a smile and kindness. Ditto when shortly afterwards they discovered that the list of drugs I had to buy was anything but short 😅 and ditto again when my card gave problems with the POS 😂 I left with a smile and will more than happily return. I just wanted to ask her sales assistants' names so I could thank them ad hoc :)
I requested an antihistamine for common use (xyzal) which was not delivered to me as it was without a medical prescription. It is a drug that every other pharmacy delivers without prescriptions, as it is a drug for common use for any banal allergy. And I'm sure of this since every other pharmacy I've gone to has always delivered it without problems. In short, if you want to go to this pharmacy you can go there for creams and useless homeopathics, for a banal drug you first need a prescription from a doctor...
