Went in on a Friday to reserve a Covid 19 test for the next Monday before I flew out back to the US. Appointment was reserved for 6:30 PM and I arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting for 20 minutes in line I finally got to the counter. When I got up there the attendant flat out denied I had an appointment and refused to provide a test. The attendant stated they couldn't test me despite having 3 people standing behind the counter (not helping people either) and only 1 working the checkout. Appeared to be more interested in relaxing that providing a service they promised to do. Very unprofessional!

The best team of incompetent and cheap smart guys! A far cry from previous managements. Customer for years, they sell generic drugs without warning, even though the doctor's prescription specifies which drug to take. They made me believe that the solution they proposed was far better than the one given by doctor. I changed pharmacy, asking what I should take according to the doctor and you can see the difference! Drug delivery much easier and more effective than their cheap solutions. Be wary

I am changing my previous review from 5 to 1 star. The education of the lady put as, I presume, "responsible" is perfectible. The desire to enter passes.

This pharmacy is truly an added value in the area. Very helpful staff. Really professional and very kind team. The welcome is truly exceptional. Francesca, in the cosmetics/dermatology department, is polite and attentive to your needs. She is able to recommend the product that is truly suited to your skin, offering services, such as treatments, that allow you to touch the products first-hand to always make an intelligent purchase, with the 'know-how' of those who think about your well-being, and not about selling at all costs. What about Stefano, professional with a P, which stands for Professionalism, but above all Patience. With my elderly parents, he showed care and humanity, as if they were his parents; a human and technical approach. And Roberta, the perfect coach of this team, who lends herself to solving many problems with people who are often rude and aggressive in the pharmacy. She manages even the most difficult situations, with kindness and competence, attentive to everything that happens. I am writing this review because I have read things that do not correspond to the reality of the facts, and for those like me who have lived in the area for 16 years, it can only be hope to be welcomed by this staff. I forgot, MariaPia, who I now define as my 'little angel' because in the COVID period she welcomed me out of hours, without an appointment, to reassure me, without worrying about her lunch break or her end of hours... after a long day of work, she doesn't he never forgot the smile and a word of comfort.
