After 8pm, a lady comes out to whom I ask if they closed early and in an angry tone she replies that she has been working since morning at 8.... It's Saturday, the prescription is left in the pharmacy and I don't know if I'll have enough antibiotics for my children.... I asked this lady for her name and she refused to give it to me. Pharmacists should not be shop assistants, they should have more seriousness and above all professionalism

To do this I had to personally go to the pharmacy and this inevitably lengthened the time. The question remains of the compatibility of such human resources management with the character of public service.
