I highly recommend this pharmacy, not so much for the products that can also be found in others, but for the staff. In addition to the friendliness, the attention and advice for the customer is truly appreciable. Neat and clean environment. My rating is 5/5

I was treated with disdain, I had a regular recipe, only being from VENETO it was in digital format. I wasn't recognized and an argument arose. In the end, after 20 minutes of (vain) attempts to contact my doctor's office by phone, I got tired and raised my voice. I obtained the drug that had been prescribed to me together with the pharmacist's reprimand because according to him "I didn't know what it was and how to use it". Fortunately, I will stay here for another 2 days, and when it reopens, I will present him with the now useless paper prescription that I had my doctor send me, just to clarify that people do not go to the pharmacy either for pleasure, or to buy things they don't know. he needs.

Very helpful with requests despite being on holiday and out of the region.
