Terrible customer service!! The delivery by the courier is not carried out at home as foreseen in the order of the purchased product, but rather left at a fixed point located in another municipality!!!! Negative rating!

It's the pharmacy next door and I've been going there for more than 20 years, but in recent years the quality of the staff has worsened a lot (less courtesy and professionalism). This morning I ask for information on a product at the first counter at the entrance and, without even saying hello or looking up from a piece of paper, I receive an annoyed and listless response. Why do you work in contact with people if you don't want to smile and be helpful?! Update: yesterday I purchased Zerinolflu for 13.50 euros and they did not want to apply the usual discount for regional employees, nor the one they apply for over-the-counter products. Today I saw the same product at the airport pharmacy at a cost of 12.50 euros.
