It's shocking that the employees can't speak a single word in German. Although we are in a bilingual country! The alleged pharmacist didn't let anyone talk to me and insisted on her statement about a medication (in Italian of course...) but after looking at the information leaflet on the computer it was clear that she had given me incorrect information, which would have been life-threatening, among other things.
Living near the San Damiano Pharmacy, I have always used them. I considered it an excellence. A year ago everything has changed. Lack of professionalism and competence, it is difficult to find certain drugs. Since a multinational took over and is taking over pharmacies, it's been total chaos. I found, fortunately, in the person of Dr. Antoine is a capable and professional person. Let's get ready, we are in total chaos.
