As I have read in other reviews, unfortunately, kindness is not at home in this pharmacy. It always seems like they're doing you a favor. Furthermore, they never have drugs available, even the most banal and common ones. Everything always has to be ordered and delivered the next day. Very very uncomfortable. It often happened to me that they claimed that the medicine I was looking for was out of production (again, very banal and commonly used medicines) just because they didn't have it and they offered me another one, which they said was identical. I specify that the drug allegedly out of production was always available and "in production" at other pharmacies. Lastly, they have continuous problems with the Pos payment system. Instead of apologizing for the problem, they seem annoyed that you don't have cash. The last time, after half an hour in line (everything slowed down due to the POS not working) when my turn came they couldn't make me pay with the card. And we're not even talking about a small amount. They made me waste another 10 minutes of time and then invited me to go and withdraw from the bank or come back later, as if I had the whole day to spend at the pharmacy. I left my meds on the counter for him and never went back. I'm sorry to give a negative review to a business but I really gave it a lot of chances because it is a shop that has been present in the area for many years, but which, however, has suffered a significant decline in terms of courtesy and professionalism. Now I get supplies elsewhere.

It's not the first time that as a customer I haven't been treated with due respect by people who are always nervous and unprofessional, it's a shame because I often buy para-pharmaceutical products or medicines and although it's very convenient for me I buy online or further away. It would be a great pharmacy if it weren't for the owner. Rude and arrogant is an understatement, she should change jobs and not be in contact with the public.
