I was passing through a few months ago and went in to buy some simple melatonin, which is the only thing that helps me with my insomnia. At all costs they offered me another preparation which coincidentally they had on display with a hardback display. The pharmacist's advice is fine, God forbid, and I'm the first to ask for it when necessary, but if I don't ask you because I've been struggling with insomnia for years and I know what can help me, if you've never seen me before and Furthermore, you have no way of giving me an accurate diagnosis - it wasn't a sleep clinic, after all - don't insist, right? I felt like when you go into a clothing store and they insist on making you buy a dress that is obviously too small for you. Obviously the drug they insisted I buy doesn't work.

This morning I went in with one of my little girls to buy some anti-allergic earrings. I introduced myself by saying that I would soon be moving nearby, and that they would be our reference pharmacy. A lady from behind the counter welcomed us to the neighborhood, and another, who was working standing on the stool, told me: "We'll give these to you, they're a welcome gift." I was literally speechless, I was moved, and we went out. It's super, super, super nice when life's gifts like this happen! I am extremely grateful to you, and I will never buy any product from a pharmacy other than yours again.

Kindness, courtesy and professionalism

They had a product that I hadn't been able to find in most area pharmacies. Plus they told me how to see which pharmacies have that particular drug. Compliments. Small pharmacy and you have to wait for them to open the door (they have probably suffered events that forced them to secure it with cameras and an electric lock). As for the prices, I can't say because by now I had lost hope of finding the item and I no longer looked at any products on display.
