I ordered repeatedly something online from this pharmacy, and it was always processed very quickly. I usually received the parcels a few days ahead of what DHL forecasted. So, I am happy.

Customer service inexistent! I called already 10 times , no-one picked up, no one called me back after I applied on their site, to be re-called for online order. I will not make an order anymore! Stay away!

My review is to cover two points: a good and a bad one. Bad: impossible to talk to the pharmacy, via email, phone number, or anything else. Maybe easier to speak with astronauts than with them. The pharmacy just replied my email when I contacted my bank to cancel the payment because after 4 days of completely silence, with no track number or any position about my order I thought it was a scam, honestly. Good: as soon as my bank stepped forward to refund the money the pack arrived within one day. Quite impressive!

Ordered online from them, I paid for the cheapest delivery(and the slowest I bet), after 3 days without being provided with tracking number, I emailed them, received an response on the next day, they explain me that they had an logistic problem, caused by too many orders and my order will be send asap. 2 days later(Friday morning) the order has been shipped with DHL express delivery, I've got my order Monday at 12:25. Excellent communication, everything as described, no extra fees, no taxes. Oxford. In total the order arrived in less than 2 weeks after the purchase.

There are a few months (half a year precisely!!!) from the date I should have received my parcel!! I did not receive the parcel or the money back. The team did not come back to me about my refund although I contacted them several times via email. This is unacceptable! They stole £106 from me and they don't seem to care. Horrible customer care!!! AVOID!!!
