They sell loose covid swabs and don't provide a receipt. Doctor, I hope she really is, rude to the nth degree. This pharmacy should be reported because when it is the only one on duty we have to pray that we don't need it.
Terrible! Reliability 0. He gave me an opened medicine, with a wet box, dried afterwards closed with adhesive tape. So I don't know where it was and how it was kept. A pharmacy is not just any shop! I returned, politely asking for the medicine to be replaced. They could have sent it back to the pharmaceutical company for a return! After finding excuses and absurd hypotheses, he tells me that they had had that medicine in the pharmacy for a long time, and that consequently they couldn't return it! Disdained, I left WHAT AN ABSOLUTE🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ in the middle of a pandemic......😶😶😶😶😶
I only called to get information about a medicine, before going personally. The pharmacist replied very rudely that I had to go there and join the queue like everyone else. I had not asked to take the medicine home. I simply wanted to know if they had the medicine before going to buy it from them. I didn't want to travel the road unnecessarily. He hung up on me without giving me time to complete my request for information. Very rude. It doesn't even deserve one star.
Very incompetent staff, they have memory lapses, they don't know medicines, they don't know what a prescription is.
Do I need to add anything else? Read all the other reviews... anyway... Unique rudeness on the phone...
