I'm not local and entering an unknown pharmacy can be a moment that can make us feel insecure due to the new and untrustworthy environment but I must say that I really enjoyed myself. The pharmacist who served me was really kind and reassured me a lot about the reason for the visit to the pharmacy; he certainly saw me as anxious and, despite my state, he managed to explain certain details of my "problem" to me in a clear and reassuring way.
