To be honest, the staff present deserves 5 stars because they are all kind, professional and generous with useful advice. However, I find a bit of disorganization in the sense that at least one queue remover would be needed depending on people's needs. Just today I had to buy an over-the-counter medicine; time spent at the counter less than a minute on the other hand I waited exactly 28 minutes before accessing my turn in the queue as the majority of people stopped for a very long time, probably for specific consultations.....perhaps a little too long insistent on offering products of all types every time when the person himself does not request them. ....

Even though my family and I have been trusted customers for years, they always try to rip us off. If you ask for a specific over-the-counter medicine, they will offer you the equivalent (or even more serious, a homeopathic one) made by them by insisting. The most sensational time was when they told me that the medicine prescribed by the doctor was discontinued, which was absolutely not true. After all, just take a look online or ask at another pharmacy...
