Good
Pharmacy open practically 365 days a year. Very well equipped and with a wide range of products and services, well organized and with competent and professional staff. In some time slots you have to wait a few minutes, but exchanging a word with all the customers and inquiring about each request in order to best advise takes time, especially for those at the counter. So: waiting well rewarded.
I think that before leaving the customer waiting for over 5 minutes (which I then closed because I was tired of waiting), make sure if it is an emergency, the customers are not just those present inside. Michele
Fantastic pharmacy! I try to always only come here! Always available and very kind! Very comfortable cup stitch! They have a lot of products too, not just drugs!
Today was the last time I enter this pharmacy. Lately so much rudeness, interminable waiting (because they get lost in chatter among themselves) Today I ask for eye drops for my son (previously prescribed by the doctor) and the lady rudely replies that she can't give it to me! I point out that it's Saturday and the doctor can't give me a prescription! NOTHING! An eye drop!!!! But the thing that bothered me the most was the DISCOURTESY with which he treated me and the contempt of how he looked at me! Not everyone is predisposed to be in the public eye and this 'little' lady isn't exactly suited to it! Even saying no takes education!!!
