Now I will be given a tirade about the Ministry's instructions. But these have changed several times in a short time. Not even my doctor knows what to do. When the legislation in my case, at the time, only provided for self-surveillance and ffp2 (which I already had). With a secondary role as a counter for moral support, it happens that the staff spend up to 20/40 minutes talking to a customer about issues totally unrelated to pharmaceuticals, completely ignoring the queue outside. But what should we do, the situation has been the same for more than 30 years, the complaints pour in and no one does anything. All we have to do is complain among ourselves fellow villagers about the inefficient services that we pay more and more handsomely for.

Rude and pedantic staff. Now with Covid they are also disorganized. If you ask for a swab they give you the third degree of why and how, then, if positive, they don't give any information about it. It doesn't matter if someone is vaccinated or not (me with the third dose) if you test positive they treat you as if you were a plague victim. Done swabs in Turin, in and out in 15 minutes, the results via email... Here you have to wait on site and they print the price on paper... Middle Ages. Strongly not recommended.

The owner is arrogant and rude to say the least, I understand the times we are living in but communicating a person's positivity out loud, in a car park I find it rude and disrespectful. Congratulations for your professionalism.
