I've been in a lot lately for swabs and other needs too. I have always found such professionalism, helpfulness and courtesy. They always go out of their way to please everyone and ensure that the customer is always happy and satisfied. I could never change for any reason, even if I live far away.
The renovation of the Pharmacy brought queue management problems. There are fewer staff and it appears rather slow. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful but that's not enough. For me, it's shocking to have to queue for 20 minutes to buy medicines while a girl in front of me takes 20 minutes to choose her foundation. Maybe it's time to have a dedicated clerk or clerk?
The new manager is very rude. He should know that his job is to be in contact with the public; if you don't want to, change jobs.
You can't wait an hour outside in line for a swab and be sent home because at time X they don't do swabs anymore. They should indicate a maximum arrival time and the girls should be kinder and above all diligent in carrying out the swabs. Less than 6 swabs in an hour. People who had been waiting in the cold for more than two hours were sent home.
