One star because you can't give less. Absurd management of the queue and in the end the medicines were missing. I understand the attention to regular customers but discussing the taste of the drug and worrying about giving gifts with a 45 minute wait for 10 numbers, which in the meantime have become 35 after me, is unacceptable.

I have always been received well, with the utmost respect, even when every afternoon in September during the pre-operative phase of knee replacement I went there to take my blood pressure. A heartfelt thank you for your kindness and competence.🌺

Negligent rude incompetent! Avoid going to them and wasting time. I went in the morning for two eye drops. There isn't even one. They tell me if you want we can order them and they arrive in the afternoon. I say "it's only fine if they arrive in the afternoon because I need them, if they arrive on another day, not." I'll be back in the afternoon... oh no, ma'am, there isn't one. No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience. The last straw? I said I would save myself having to pay. And the response of the great mind in front was "yes, we always ask whether you want to pay or not". It's my fault that I paid because I believed they weren't that incompetent. If they tell me that they absolutely arrive in the afternoon because they have this great organization. Close the pharmacy or a big staff turnover!
