The Doctor was very kind and patient, even though I was under stress and when I was leaving for holidays I needed a medicine prescribed differently from what was agreed with the doctor, in the end we explained ourselves. It's just a shame for the very rude helper at the counter (not a pharmacist) who should learn good manners and not intervene if she isn't the one serving the customer and isn't the owner. Rude and argumentative without even looking the person in the face. Unacceptable ways.

Extremely friendly! I had a very inflamed mosquito bite on vacation and my doctor advised me to take medication immediately. Even though I only speak a little Italian, I was looked after very openly and professionally! The pharmacist even asked a doctor who happened to be there whether the medication was suitable. Perfect care! Thank you very much!

Currently on vacation in Torri Del Benaco, I dealt with an adorable blonde pharmacist who gave me very good information and advice despite the language barrier! (a mix between English and Italian 😅) I am came for cough products for my child as well. I recommend 🙂!

Amazing, exceptional, I was served by Doctor Daniela, an exceptional person. Loving, attentive and available, I needed a medicine I didn't know I needed a prescription, she pointed it out to me and told me to call my doctor if it was possible to have it electronically there would be no problems. Unfortunately mine was only one stop with you but I was able to take the drug in the evening in the next stop BIG thank you very much.

Very friendly, German-speaking staff. Competent pharmacist who has a solution for almost every problem. We recommend.
