small neighbourhood chemist, staff are polite and accommodating. they do tend to try and sell you homeopathic rubbish though.

Unfortunately the staff is of an inadequate level and worthy of complaint. This very day, after having waited a long time for some simple eye drops, I was even publicly accused of stealing some toothpaste, and despite having emptied all my pockets, demanding that the police be called, and that they look at the cameras, the pharmacist obviously did nothing but keep repeating that I had stolen, "certain" that she had seen the theft with her own eyes (who knows how, given that I was standing in the middle of the room and waiting). Of course I couldn't show that I hadn't taken anything at all (toothpaste, then?!?), I had to go away humiliated and publicly defamed. Not only inadequate and rude, but scandalous. I'm just sorry I didn't call the police myself.

Staff who are rude and rude towards a customer, laughing in their face, making fun of them in front of them, thinking that they don't understand anything, staff who don't know how to give advice but only know how to make fun of people. I wouldn't go to this pharmacy again. This pharmacy doesn't even deserve one star

Great staff! For various requests for operational and professional medicines and medical reservations. Courteous and attentive. With particular attention to elderly people. We hope to never need drugs, but if you do, I strongly recommend Farmacia Madonna della Pace.

More than NOT RECOMMENDED! READ CAREFULLY BEFORE GOING! #rudeness #lack of professionalism and #extreme manners!! ******************* yesterday morning I went shopping with my daughter, first I decided to buy a tachipirina at the pharmacy (I've been going there for years), to pay I gave a €50 banknote, after which I receive €10 and some coins as change, immediately I kindly tell the pharmacist (bald guy) that I should have given him €50.00. He immediately tells me NO. THAT I HAD GIVEN HER €20!! I NEEDED TO CALL the police, because they told me to come back the next day to understand if what I had reported was true or not! Obviously I got mad as hell because I needed the money. In front of the police the situation changes and they tell me to come back at 1pm to check the images which were only accessible in the presence of the owner. So I returned at 1pm after almost 40 minutes waiting outside in the cold, I got the money returned! With an apology full of sarcastic thunder and not very serious from the bald boy. Who all the while took a sarcastic stance in handling the situation. My family and friends will never set foot again! One may make a mistake but there are ways and ways to handle such a situation.
