The pharmacist is rude and ignorant. With a regular prescription he did not want to give me the drug, of which I kindly asked for the lower dosage. He sent me to "that country", obviously with other words. Born and lived in prehistory.

The rude pharmacist treated me like a child, bringing up a discussion about the illegality of my prescription which according to her had expired while it was valid for 6 months, tone to be moderated, professionalism and customer welcome non-existent, the two colleagues as if that wasn't enough they were arguing over who should use the computer first, an embarrassing scene, I kept calm and went out greeting politely, just ordered the famous illegal drug at the pharmacy just down the street, you don't even go in for the Tachipirina! (Dust everywhere)😊

ATTENTION all the negative reviews refer to a pharmacist who (fortunately) I have not seen in this pharmacy again, I imagine she no longer works here. On the contrary, the girl who welcomed me at the counter today was uniquely sweet and friendly, I have rarely been so happy to hear a simple "Good morning" which just from the tone alone made me feel practically at home.

The pharmacist refused to sell me the morning-after pill, replying (loudly and very dramatically, so that all the customers in the pharmacy could hear clearly) that she was a conscientious objector, and that I could go and get it elsewhere. Obviously, pharmacists are not allowed to be objectors, much less for a drug that is an emergency contraceptive and not an abortifacient, but evidently in this pharmacy I am not aware of this. Not recommended, too bad you can't give zero stars.

2 super-kind pharmacists, very, VERY helpful, with a lot of patience, and will gladly help you with a lot of information. Something that unfortunately isn't found very often anymore. Let's say that the name of the pharmacy "Madonna dell'AIUTO" suits her very well! I've been to them many times, and now I've noticed that their attitude wasn't just one time, it's actually due to their thoughts on what they do. In short, as soon as I went out this evening, I said to myself that I MUST leave a positive review on Google! It's the minimum compared to the time they dedicate and their kindness.
