I found one pharmacist in particular's way of relating to customers chilling and discriminatory to say the least. My experience was completely negative! I turned to this pharmacy to purchase a particular drug, which I have always purchased even in Venice (where I currently live) without a prescription from my doctor. The thing that outraged me was the fact that the pharmacist, not wanting to sell me the drug, addressed me with the phrase: "but where did they sell it to you like that? In the other world!". After I explained my situation to her, she further added the phrase: "Maybe they sold it to her this way because they knew her!". I think this way of doing things is completely unprofessional. It was a thrilling experience!

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Doctor Diana, always very kind and very professional.
