Service and consideration only for those who purchase medicines, I went in and asked for another service advertised by them, I politely asked and was told to wait for the colleague who then showed up to ignore me and serve the other people who arrived later (despite had it been made clear that I was waiting for her and had arrived early). Even after saying that I would come by later, the "colleague" instead of apologizing, replied in an annoyed way, yes better and gave me a dirty look.... Never again! Learn good manners, at least the ABC!
Painful is an understatement: the role of the pharmacist is to know how to advise the customer on the most suitable products for his needs, help him in the search for a drug and know how to present himself in the most polite way possible (as in all jobs which involve an interaction between customer and worker). Having said that, I can say that I have never had a worse experience than in this pharmacy: rudeness, rudeness and arrogance. Dear pharmacists, continue like this and you may very well change jobs. More than happy I didn't buy anything from them at all, just in case they went out of business!
friendly service, also open on Saturdays, in the center of the city
Guido, very kind, served me by bringing me the products outside the shop as the steps prevented entry with the wheelchair ♿️
Went there for the first time to buy a prescribed antibiotic. An older lady was at the cash desk, she even spoke some German. Explained to me again how I should mix the antibiotic with water. In Italy you obviously have to do this yourself. There was a small bag for free. No small talk, only the most necessary things were said.
