I confirm what many have said: rude and rude. Too bad, years ago they weren't like this.

Rude and rude. Bad experience. I bought a deductible drug, the pharmacist doesn't ask me for my health card. As soon as I get the money for the payment, I ask if the drug is deductible and if I can download it with my health card. He answers me in theory yes but since he has already made the receipt it is no longer possible. According to the pharmacist it was my duty, as a customer, to ask first (given that as I am neither a doctor nor a pharmacist I don't know which drugs are deductible and which are not) and then with a gratuitous and inappropriate comment he adds "but what do you want for only 7.20 Euros”. All I had to do was cancel the receipt and redo it. Plus, there was only me at the counter at the pharmacy. Kindness and courtesy are not at home. I will definitely never go to this pharmacy again.

Rude and rude. Incapable, among other things, even of providing a simple change of GP - a service advertised as active with them - despite having received the necessary training. In times of Covid, they enforce distances irregularly and to whomever they want, depending on their mood. I wouldn't go back even if they paid me!

aaaaaAvoid at least three people who work in this place. In fact, avoid this squalid pharmacy. the worst of the 42 pharmacies in Modena. A shame. What the Order Council says

I know quite a few Modena pharmacies but I've never seen such rude owners. The employees (except one) are no exception. If you need a favor they are even ruder unless you are part of a close circle
